We’re in downtown Fredonia from 9am-1pm.

Here’s what we’ve harvested fresh this morning:

CSA Share Week 1:

1lb Asparagus, 1/2lb Arugula, 1/2lb Baby Romaine Mix, 1 Red Leaf Lettuce, 1 Bunch Radishes

We usually make sure our shares consist of at least one fruit per week. However, the strawberries are still coming on. We expect to have them by the beginning of June. 🍓

We’re looking forward to seeing all our wonderful members this afternoon! Pick ups are from 4pm-8pm at the farm.

We’re at the farmers market today 10am-1pm. This is the last indoor market before we move outdoors next weekend! 🌱

Today at the stand : spinach, spring mix, arugula, lambs lettuce, baby kale, french breakfast radishes, and fresh cut heads of romaine (red or green)

We harvest rain or shine! 🌧️☀️

This morning we harvested radishes and arugula in preparation for tomorrow’s delivery to Grow Chautauqua.

We don’t love being in the rain, but there’s really no better time to harvest! Especially in the early spring. The produce stays cool and crisp, which allows us to move at a bit of a slower pace.

It’s been a peaceful Sunday morning for us here on the farm! 🌸
