Throwback Thursday! We always love when we get a drop in of one our earlier training dogs. Bodhi’s first experience with us was a Puppy Head Start Board and Train in June 2021. He attended a handful of additional services over the years and now occasionally drops in for a day of Continuing Education. Bodhi was a puppy adopted from our friends at and his owners immediately started with training.

Private lesson today with Pax. A 10 month old German Pinscher, not to be confused with a Doberman. Lesson times are up and open for booking for the entire month of February!

“The German Pinscher is among its homeland’s oldest breeds. As the progenitor of the Miniature Pinscher and the ever-popular Doberman, among other German breeds, it can be said to be the prototypical pinscher. (A helpful historian tells us that ‘ pinscher’ appears to be a Germanic form of the French word ‘pincer’, meaning to seize or to nip.’) And seizing and nipping are apt descriptions of how GPs originally earned a living: rat killing. Today’s GPs are excellent watchdogs and vigilant family guardians.”

We welcomed Darby this gorgeous Australian Cattle Dog and 6 other Basic Obedience Group Class students tonight. This is a 1 hour class for 6 consecutive weeks. This sessions the dogs range from 7 months to 3 years old. Our next session of Basic Obedience Group Class begins Monday, February 24th at 6 pm! Register now online!

Today we welcomed Bourbon, Rocky, Louie, Mabel & Tucker to our Day Train programs. Excited to get started with training, socializing and working with their owners! We are now booking our February Day Train programs.

One week into her 3 week Board and Train and Little Miss Tilly is on the right track. Regularly using the bathroom outside, rocking loose leash walking and able to hold a down stay!

Welcome Tilly! She as 1 yr old French Bulldog checking in for our Board and Train program. A big focus on reactivity to dogs, overall obedience and making some huge strides on her bathroom habits.
