We had the pleasure of sitting down with psychologist, researcher, and award-winning author **Dr. Chris Blazina**, author of *Good Dogs and Difficult People: What Dogs Teach Us About Love*.

This conversation goes far beyond dogs. ❤️ We talk about love, connection, humanity, and that deep bond we share with our animal companions.

At the end of the day, we’re all searching for love and connection. Our animals have an incredible way of giving that love so freely and unconditionally. Maybe part of our purpose is learning from them and giving that same love right back, not only to our animals, but to one another.

His work is such an important reminder that herbs aren't some new wellness trend. **Plants have been nature's medicine cabinet long before humans ever put medicine into a bottle.** 🌱🐾

We talk herbs, animals, whole-body wellness, reconnecting with nature, and what we can learn simply by observing the animals around us.

Week 3🐾 **Stress Goes Down the Leash**

What an awesome Pawsitivity Presentation this past week! We love seeing more people come out, including those who don’t have pets yet but want to learn **before** bringing one home. 💚

Stress affects all of us, and our animals are incredibly tuned into ours. The tightening of a leash, our body language, our energy… they feel it.

Sometimes helping our pets starts with becoming more aware of **what we’re sending down the leash.**
