A rescue pup, clinic favorite, and professional good boy, he’s currently running for Dog Mayor of Tuscaloosa through the Tuscaloosa Metro Animal Shelter Foundation’s fundraiser supporting shelter pets in our community.

Be sure to vote for him through the shelter’s contest! Every vote helps support animals in need. We may be a little biased, but we think his platform of extra treats, longer walks, and mandatory belly rubs is exactly what this town needs. 💚🐾🐶🦴

🇺🇸🐾 Memorial Day Weekend is here! 🐾🇺🇸

Our clinic will be closed Monday, May 25th while our team spends time with family, friends, and furry loved ones as we honor those who gave everything for our country. ❤️

We hope everyone has a safe weekend filled with sunshine, tail wags, and plenty of treats! We’ll see all of our sweet patients again on Tuesday. ☀️🐶🐱

🐾 Holiday Hours Announcement 🐾

We’ll be adjusting our hours for the upcoming holidays so our team can spend time with loved ones (and their furry friends!):

🦃 Thanksgiving: Closed November 27–28
🎄 Christmas: Closed December 24–25
🎆 New Year’s: Closing at 4:00 PM on December 31 and closed January 1

Please plan ahead for any medication refills, food orders, or appointments.

It’s Veterinary Technician Week! 🐾💚

This week we’re celebrating the amazing team that keeps our patients healthy, our clients cared for, and our clinic running smoothly. From assisting in surgery and monitoring anesthesia to calming nervous pets and helping in every corner of the clinic — they truly do it all with so much heart.

📸 Meet our tech crew:

🐶 Jamie – Our Licensed Veterinary Technician!
Jamie has been part of our clinic family for 8 years and has been licensed for almost 2. She’s incredibly dedicated to her patients and always goes above and beyond to make sure every pet feels safe and loved.

🐾 Maddie – Working toward starting vet tech school soon! Maddie is always eager to jump in and help with anything needed. Her upbeat attitude and care for our patients make every day a little brighter. She’s passionate about animals and always learning more about the veterinary field as she prepares for her next step!

🦴Paula – Currently in school to become a licensed vet tech and planning to attend vet school soon! An alumna of the University of Alabama, Paula’s love for animals and drive to keep learning make her such a strong part of our team. She brings patience, compassion, and positivity to every shift.

A huge thank you to our girls for all that you do — and to the rest of our incredible staff who work alongside them every day to give our patients the best care possible. 💚

Our clinic will have adjusted hours in October:

🐾 Thursday , October 9 – The clinic will be open, but no doctor will be available for appointments.
🐾 Friday, October 10 – Closed
🐾 Monday, October 13 – Closed

Please plan accordingly and be sure to refill prescriptions or schedule appointments around these dates.
