There will be NO LESSONS or Saddle Club at Cornerstone from November 6th through November 9th while we attend the Equine Affaire in Springfield, MA. Expect Beth and Brieann to return inspired by the great clinicians with lots of new ideas for lesson plans! We are looking forward to attending the Fantasia performance on Saturday night with 37 members of our Cornerstone Crew 4-H family!!

Thank you to everyone who helped to make the 2025 CORNERSTONE FARM OPEN SCHOOLING SHOW SERIES such a success! From our amazing exhibitors to our awesome judges, dedicated volunteers and incredible horses- we were blessed with five enjoyable shows with pleasant weather and great competition! Check out the YEAR END FINAL POINTS STANDINGS and plan on joining us on December 7, 2025, to celebrate at our annual Awards Ceremony and Pot Luck Luncheon to be held at the Foster Center Fire Station!

We hope that everyone can join us for the final show in the 2025 CORNERSTONE FARM OPEN SCHOOLING SHOW SERIES this Sunday, October 5th!! Check out the updated class list and note that we have added a "Try the Walk/Trot" class for Leadline riders considering moving up to the Walk Trot divisions next year, and a "Try the Walk/Trot/Canter" class for those riders toying with the idea of moving up to Walk/Trot/Canter! Our judge will be Mary Jo Zanolli and the Cornerstone Crew 4-H Club will be joining us with their culinary delights! Pre-entries close on Friday, but post entries are always accepted! PLEASE NOTE- breaking with our tradition, Costume classes will NOT be offered at this show, but will be run at our Fall Finale Fun Day on October 19th!

Check out the current CORNERSTONE FARM OPEN SCHOOLING SHOW SERIES Points Standings and plan on joining us on October 5th for the final show of the Series! Our judge will be Mary Jo Zanolli, and we will be adding special "moving up" classes for lead line and walk trot riders who are considering moving up a division!

No lessons Thursday- Saturday and no Saddle Club this week while we are away doing double duty at the Eastern States Exposition! We have riders competing at the 4-H Horse Show and the Open Saddle Horse Show, so come to the Fair and watch our Cornerstone riders shine!!

What a wonderful time we had at the Woodstock Fair Horse Show this weekend! Thank you to the amazing show management and staff for a friendly, well run show that brought together so many old friends to enjoy unusually pleasant weather and the love of horses!

Friday night, a rainbow brought good luck to Jaden and Ava as they competed for the first time at the Fair. Jaden had a clean sweep of her division riding Lilibet, finishing the evening with three blues and Day End Champion in the Beginner Gymkhana Division. Ava was right behind her on Mistaken Identity, receiving a second and two thirds in the same division.

On Saturday and Sunday, Brieann brought SH Enough Said for the Saddle Seat Division despite feeling under the weather with pneumonia . Brodey was a superstar all weekend, winning Day End Champion both days and also receiving the High Point Weekend Saddle Seat award!

Woodstock Fair is always one of our favorite shows, and this year was no exception! Now on to a great fall season with lots of opportunities to enjoy our incredible horses!
