The Critter Crop The Critter Crop is a small urban farm in Fort Worth. The Critter Crop is a small urban farm located in Fort Worth, Texas. We have goats, chickens, and a garden.

We can jam, preserves, jellies, salsas, cowboy candy (candied jalapenos), and apple butter. We sell eggs, canned goods, & baby goats, under the cottage laws.

Oh my nice lunch!!! Some homemade herbal flatbread with homemade onion and chive cheese and some homemade spicy red pepper hummus I made this morning. The kitchen has been busy today.

So I made some homemade sausage this morning. 1 pound of Italian sausage and 2 pounds of sage breakfast sausage. Only cost me $11.29 to make and would have cost $14.55 to buy meat containing preservatives and other junk like spices and natural flavoring. Stuff they do not have to label that is possibly human DNA related or petroleum byproduct.
