We are leaving this weekend with so many practical pieces to try at home and continue our dog success in and out of the trial ring! Adele Yunck and Seven presented an Obedience Seminar yesterday and today at FWOTC!

So much gratitude to the FWOTC Board for allowing the idea to come to club, Leslie White and committee for coordinating, attendees and dogs for a memorable weekend!

Members are too numerous to name but everyone is appreciated for their work to make our seminar with Adele Yunck a success!!

Hi Everyone,

The Class Schedule for Session One of 2026 is here! It will begin on Monday, January 19 and run through Thursday, February 26. Sign up begins at 11 a.m. Dec. 7 and is first-come, first-served.

We are starting later and leaving a bit earlier allowing for any winter travel issues. If we need to cancel due to dangerous weather conditions, we will not make the class up at a later date.

Notice, the schedule has times for open ring times at the bottom of the descriptions of classes. This is a good session to take advantage of that. We can not promise time like this during the other sessions, especially when we lose Mondays.

This is also a good time to learn the Obedience exercises and the UKC Rally signs. There is a UKC Obedience/Rally show Feb. 28 and March 1, 2026. We hope to help anyone interested in showing, get ready for that show.

If we don't pick up floor on Thursday night, all three rings will be available for you to bring your dog and work in them.

THANK YOU! to all the incredible instructors who give of their time, session after session. YOU help to make our program possible.

I would like to thank everyone who came out and helped at the NEIKC Obedience and Rally trials this past weekend. Well, really just Rally since we had limited lighting and had to make some tough choices which was canceling the Obedience trial. We had great FWOTC volunteers with set up and tear down. Especially those not even competing. It's always a big job putting the tarps on all the carpets in the event rooms. Thanks Steve Wheeler for bringing the vinyl signs. Nancy Wright you are always so great at table stewarding. Sarah Miner thanks so much for being timer. Sandy Platt Hoffmann you were great at the board keeping everyone lined up. Our Judge Sarah Ann Matteau had some great and challenging courses. Kathleen Dullaghan thanks for leash running and setting jumps Sunday. Congratulations to all the competitors with lots of "Q"s and great scores. Hopefully we see all you again down the road.

ATTENTION all. The obedience trial for this weekend at the Ft Wayne dog show is canceled because of lack of lighting due to past fire at the facility. The rally trials will go on as scheduled. Please pass this along
