Before we ever pick up a pair of clippers, we want to get to know the pooch 🐩 underneath the floof! ☁️

Because we don’t believe your dog’s first experience with us should start with you handing over the leash and hoping for the best. 💕

Our consultation gives us time to get to know you, your pup, their grooming history, skin and coat needs, temperament, sensitivities, and your goals before we ever begin a full service.

It also gives your dog a chance to meet our team, explore the salon, and start building trust without the pressure of a full grooming appointment.

From there, we can create a personalized plan that keeps their skin and coat healthy while making the grooming experience as safe, comfortable, and positive as possible.

Our Hogwarts students will choose between four house scarves—and whichever scarf calls to them determines their house!

Once sorted, they'll put on their house robe for their official Hogwarts portrait. 📸🏰

But class isn't over yet!

Our new students will then enter Hogwarts itself, using their noses to search our magical scent den for hidden treats. 🐾✨

Yep, every weekend is a LONG weekend for our team! 💕

We prioritize a healthy work life balance. Why?

Because happy, well-rested groomers provide better care. 🙏🏻

Our team works four, 10-hour days instead of five shorter days so they have three full days each week to rest, recharge, and take care of themselves.

Grooming is an incredibly physical and mentally demanding career, and burnout is very common in our industry.

We believe taking care of the people who take care of your pups matters.

By giving our team a healthier work-life balance, they can show up each day patient, positive, focused, and genuinely excited to love on your kiddo…and that directly impacts the experience your dog has in our salon.

If your a groomer, bather or apprentice looking for a new work fam… this one’s for you!! 🐾

I’m honestly not super concerned with how many years you’ve been grooming or whether you can groom 5 dogs or 10 dogs a day. I’m way more concerned with finding the RIGHT person.

Someone who isn’t just looking for their next job, but someone who looks FORWARD to clocking in every day and making a real difference.

Someone who wants to grow with a company, establish themselves, build relationships with their clients and genuinely feel like they’re part of something.

I want someone who loves dogs, obviously… but loves their PEOPLE too. Someone who will remember the little things about their clients, obsess over the details, and care about the experience they’re creating just as much as the haircut.

Oh, and you have to be able to laugh. We are goofy. We have fun. But we also get s**t DONE, as a team.

I’m looking for someone who is loyal, self-motivated, dependable, kind, and genuinely takes pride in what they do.

We can teach systems. We can shape the skill set. We can work on efficiency.

We can’t teach you to care. That’s what we need you to bring to the table ❤️

The deets: W2 position, Full Benefits, PTO, 401K matching, and quarterly Team Building Events

Hours: Four 10’s!! 🔥 Sunday-Wednesday 9am-7pm or 8:30am-6:30pm depending on the shift!
