These tags can be purchased at any of the following locations: 1. Walljasper Vet Clinic, 2. City Hall, and 3. Paw Animal Shelter. Please provide proof of rabies when purchasing.

Good afternoon!

I wanted to reach out to our clients regarding an ongoing issue we have been having with our app PetPage.

There has been a problem with the app notifying us when a request has been submitted by a client. If you have submitted an appointment request or prescription refill request on the app since it launched in March, we have not been getting notified of that.

I would like to apologize for this issue; it was just recently brought to our attention when a client brought it up at one of their appointments. I have been working to get the issue resolved so clients can use these features in the app.

Please let us know if you are not getting a prompt response (same or next open business day) from us when using these features in the app going forward, I would like to make sure everything is working properly.

Additionally, if you are having an emergency regarding your pet, we ask that you call the clinic to get the quickest response possible, rather than emailing or submitting an appointment request.

Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns regarding this matter. Thank you for your patience, and again we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused!
