At this time, we are no longer accepting Cash App as a type of payment! Cash App wants to charge almost a 3% processing fee.

As a small business owner I can not afford those charges and it’s legally not the owners responsibility to pay it.

I have reached out to most clients, however, if you did not receive a phone call with me please feel free to reach out. I have many other forms of payments.

As a result of a recent staff change, we regret to inform you that we are not currently accepting new clients for either of our bus services. Furthermore, we may not be able to accommodate rescheduling requests for existing appointments, except in cases of genuine emergency. On the full-service bath bus, you will be meeting a new team member, but rest assured that Haley is fully equipped to provide our usual high standard of service. My bus will also have a new team member on board, and we will introduce her formally once the dust has settled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this transitional period. Both buses will continue to run, although at a slightly reduced capacity until our new team members have found their footing.

We will be closed from September 23rd at 5PM until September 28th. We will resume normal business hours on September 29th. Runes bus will operate normally. If you need assistance and are a client, please use the business number starting with area code 606 (the number you receive reminder messages from). If you need to make changes regarding the Heather/Haley bus, we will be responding back Monday the 29th and changes to alreasdy confirmed appts will more than likely not happen since we won’t be open to move people around.

I have 2 spots available for a FULL SERVICE BATH. ZERO HAIR CUTTING.

1.Monday 15th @4/4:15PM ( one dog)
2.Tuesday 16th @12:30PM( one dog)

AGAIN, NO hair cutting/trimming. Dogs must be short-medium hair and have NO matts. Must have proof of rabies vaccine & heartworm/flea prevention to claim spot.

 I would like to start by saying that I will not be reposting the viral TikTok/Facebook video of the groomer abusing dogs in North Carolina. That video is now viral and I see no point of trying to get word out so I will not be reposting something so negative and heinous. 

SECONDLY, I take my role as a business owner and groomer seriously and we do not condone animal abuse of any nature. We are not a brick and mortar shop. We are a bus with doors and windows, we are an open book. 

I have never had allegations of us committing animal abuse in my business, and it will always be that way because we are a business ran and employeed by passionate women who make it a mission to take care of your fur babies. 

I will say we do have a good bit of aggressive dogs that I do and only done by me. These types of dogs do get treated with a little bit of harder love but never abuse. 

Lastly, for the people that are saying this is why my dog doesn’t go to a groomer I would catch hands, let me just tell you that not all groomers are like this, and this goes for every profession because they are abusers in every single profession .

 To my clients, always know your pet is safe in our care. And I’m not tooting my horn, but I honestly think all of my clients know this and have zero worries.
