As we ring in 2026, remember that New Year’s Eve can be overwhelming and overstimulating for our dogs. Fireworks, sirens, loud noises, guests, and late nights can cause anxiety, even in confident pups.
•
⭐️ Ways to keep your dog safe tonight: ⭐️
✔️ Keep dogs indoors and secured
✔️ Use a crate or “place” command for structure
✔️ Provide enrichment (chews, frozen treats, snuffle mats, lick mats)
✔️ Turn on music, TV or white noise to block out fireworks
✔️ Avoid letting dogs outside off-leash
✔️ Make sure collars & microchips are up to date

We started with a full deep clean, added a brand new gate, knocked out minor repairs, and made a few upgrades — all with the dogs in mind. 🐾

We believe training should be intentional, prepared, and done in an environment set up for clarity, structure and success. Our Hound House is officially January and New Year ready for when we get back from vacation on the 12th! We can’t wait to welcome our next round of dogs into a space built to support their growth and success. 🖤🐾

End of Year Reflection 🤍
As this year comes to a close, we’ve been sitting with a lot of gratitude.
Not just for the numbers — but for the trust behind them.

• 2021: 37 new dogs trained | 4 returning boarders
• 2022: 48 new dogs trained | 14 returning boarders
• 2023: 41 new dogs trained | 20 returning boarders
• 2024: 27 new dogs trained | 23 returning boarders
• 2025: 30 new dogs trained | 28 returning boarders

What these numbers don’t show is the nerves at drop-off. The progress that didn’t come overnight. The countless hours building trust and bond. The dogs who needed patience more than pressure. And the families who chose us again — and again.
•
Seeing more returning dogs each year reminds us that growth doesn’t always mean more volume. Sometimes it means deeper relationships, better care, and calmer dogs who feel safe and LOVE coming back.
•
To every client who trusted us with their dog — whether for the first time or the fifth — thank you. Working with dogs is personal to us and your trust means everything.
•
As we look ahead to 2026, we’re excited to continue doing what we love with the same intention, honesty, and heart. If you’re considering training or boarding in the new year, we’d love to walk that journey with you and your dog 🤍🐾

Sorry walks are no longer chaotic cardio sessions fueled by prayer.
Sorry your dog now makes eye contact like they’re actually engaged with you.
Sorry “just one session” or “sign me up for the Board & Train Program” turned into “wow… this actually changed everything.”

Sorry your friends keep asking, “What trainer did you use??”
Sorry your dog learned how to think instead of just react.
Sorry your expectations are now higher than “at least they didn’t drag me or knock me down.”
Sorry your relationship with your dog accidentally got deeper, calmer, and more connected.
