Hi all- As I’m closing my business doors as they are now, I’m selling some items. 💕 This is one of the most heavy duty, escape-proof dog crates you can find. Let me know if interested. I’m also selling several wire crates of various sizes, along with a dog grooming vacuum. Let me know if interested or have any questions!! Thank you!!

💔 A Difficult Update 💔
After much soul-searching, I’ve made the deeply difficult decision to close Four the Luv of Dogs in its current capacity. As some of you know, I’ve been facing a serious medical diagnosis that makes continuing this work unsafe for me and my family.
This decision has been heartbreaking for me. Dog training and boarding has never been “just a job” — it has been my passion, my joy, and something that truly filled my heart. Getting to help dogs grow in confidence, and being trusted by you to care for your beloved pups, has been one of the greatest honors of my life. I have loved every single moment of it.
While I need to step back for now, my hope is that in the future I may be able to return in a new way.
That said, I will not leave your pups without care! 🐾 I’m so grateful to refer you to my dear friend Jennifer. She has over 30 years of experience with dogs and all kinds of animals, a huge heart, and an amazing property with a fully fenced field for running and playing. She welcomes all dogs—including puppies, seniors, and those with special needs or medications—and will treat them as her own.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for trusting me with your dogs. It has meant more than words can say, and I will carry that love with me into whatever comes next. 💕

🐾 I’m so grateful to refer you to my dear friend Jennifer Jopling. She has over 30 years of experience with dogs and all kinds of animals, a huge heart, and an amazing property with a fully fenced field for running and playing. She welcomes all dogs—including puppies, seniors, and those with special needs or medications—and will treat them as her own.

I’ve been sitting on this post for a bit. Social media isn’t my strong suit-I overthink every word, worry if it’s perfect, dread being on camera. Balancing personal & business is tricky. Running a business while navigating my family’s health challenges has made me better at what I do. Managing complex medical needs, advocating, working w/ both kids’ auditory processing, coordinating specialists built patience & problem solving skills I use every day with dogs/owners. Our reality is heavy some days. I homeschool, manage central lines, do IV infusions every other week for both my son & myself, juggle over 18 diagnoses & countless meds, while giving each dog the individualized training they deserve. I’m tired in ways I didn’t know were possible & sometimes I feel like I’m barely keeping the plates spinning. My family is amazing. They jump in with everything & take joy in what we do together. But being a one-woman show is overwhelming at times. When we recently had to rush to Denver for my son’s emergency surgery, it reminded me how quickly life can change. Grateful for amazing people like Jennifer Jopling -stepped in w/out hesitation. Each challenge teaches us resilience, flexibility & importance of community. Dogs that come here don’t just get training—they get loved by a family who understands what it’s like when life doesn’t go according to plan. My kids light up when they hear the dogs coming that day & celebrate every small victory. You’ll often find them helping with snuggles or cheering on a breakthrough moment. It’s chaotic, beautiful & it works for us. Authenticity creates the best connections- I’m working on getting out of my own head. If you’ve been following along, thinking about training, or just enjoying the dog shenanigans—your likes, shares & Google reviews keep me visible when life gets extra complicated. More than that, I’m grateful to be part of a community that understands life is messy & beautiful & we’re all doing our best. I’d love to hear your stories- vulnerability is less scary when we’re in it together. Thanks for being part of our extended pack. We laugh a lot, love deeply & are grateful for this wild, wonderful life we get to live
