We are currently seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our crew.

What We’re Looking For:
A motivated and dependable individual with experience operating heavy equipment, including:
• Skid Steers
• Excavators
• Dozers
• Other related machinery

Job Responsibilities:
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently on residential job sites
• Perform land clearing, grading, and general site preparation
• Conduct basic and preventative maintenance on machinery
• Work well as part of a small team
• Take initiative and demonstrate leadership potential

Ideal Candidate:
• Has 2+ years of relevant experience
• Understands residential site work and project flow
• Is mechanically inclined and can troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Has a strong work ethic and desire to grow with a small business
• Aspires to take on a leadership/supervisory role in the future
