Please help us welcome Dr. Mello to the Western MA Veterinary Group family! She has recently begun her training at our Longmeadow clinic under the expert guidance of Dr. Joos.

We asked Dr. Mello to share some fun facts so you can get to know her better:

"I am passionate about wildlife! During vet school, I did field work in Africa with rhinos, lions, and cape buffalo, and I hope to return someday. In my free time, I love hiking, camping, playing soccer, and spending time with friends. I currently have one cat, but I plan on adding a German Shepherd puppy (or two!) to my family in the near future!"
