Sunday OPEN 8 am to 2 pm. Picking black eyed peas, red shell beans, eggplant, hot peppers, sweet peppers, flat green beans (old field), beets, and cabbage. The cabbage is small and just 50 cents each.

CLOSED today Saturday October 13th. The roadways are too wet. We will open on Sunday October 14th from 8 am to 2 pm.

The farm will be open Saturday October 13th from 8 am to 2 pm.
We have red shell beans, black eyed peas, flat green beans (old field), eggplant (new small ones), hot peppers, sweet peppers (small green and yellow), small size cabbage, and beets.
No winter squash, apples, potatoes, or onions.

Open Saturday September 29th from 8 am to 2 pm.
Here is what we have at the farm...
Black Eyed Peas (a big nice field), eggplant, cabbage, hot peppers, sweet peppers, beets, winter squash/green pumpkin.

The shell beans are green with a white bean inside. You can pick them. They usually turn red, but haven't yet.

Still picking the flat green beans that were opened last week. There are not a lot of them.

No more red tomatoes. Just a few green ones left.
No potatoes, apples, or onions this year.

Open Saturday 8 am to 2 pm.
There is a new field of flat green beans. It is a large field loaded with beans!

The red shell beans are still not ready.

Here's what we have a lot of: flat green beans, black eyed peas, eggplant, sweet peppers, hot peppers, beets, and cabbage.

Still picking: tomatoes, greens, squash, round green beans.

The cucumbers (pickles) are done for the year.

We do not have apples, potatoes, onions or garlic this year.

Open Saturday 8 am to 2 pm. Special price for eggplant! Level half bushel for $8.00. You can still pick larger eggplant for 40 cents each. The eggplant fields are loaded with eggplant of all sizes.
The new flat green beans and the new red shell beans are NOT ready. They should be great next week.
There is a new nice field of black eyed peas.
Not much left for pickles. The cabbage is still small.
Still picking... tomatoes, hot and sweet peppers, beets, green beans, Lebanese squash, bok choy, Chinese cabbage, black eyed peas.

The Black Eyed Peas are ready.
Open Saturday August 25th from 8 am to 2 pm. The EBT machine should be working (haven't checked but was told by tech it was fixed).
PICKING: tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplant (great picking!), Sweet peppers, hot peppers, Lebanese squash. We have some Bok Choy, Chinese cabbage, and mustard greens.
NOT ready yet...flat green beans, round great beans, red beans. NO apples, potatoes, onions.

Open Tuesday, August 21 from 4 pm until 7 pm. See my last post for what we are picking. Payment today by cash or check only. No EBT/SNAP/food stamp/HIP transactions today due to equipment malfunction.

Open Saturday, August 18th from 8 am to 2 pm. Picking tomatoes (regular, plum and cherry tomatoes); pickling cucumbers (large nice field); eggplant (40 cents each all sizes); hot peppers; yellow sweet peppers; Lebanese squash; beets. We have some Bok Choy and Chinese cabbage. There is a field with small size mustard greens. No beans are ready right now. We will have flat green beans, round green beans, black eyed peas and red beans. If you want plum tomatoes for canning, suggest waiting one more week (maybe 2). No apples.
