Hey everyone. Thank you all for your patience while we switch programs. One thing that didn't switch over with the big sync is proof of rabies. However you can update it on your end by logging in with the number we have on file for you and editing your pet info on our online page now. Online Booking for Lucky Dogs Grooming

Alright as promised we FINALLY have online booking. You can edit your pets. Choose your services and pick your groomer.

Please be mindful we have completely switched to a new software and while we did our best to sync everything from our old program to new program I have noticed there are a few things that resorted back to old saves. The one thing I have caught was an account we had switched to a new owner reverted back to the old owners name. If you catch anything please feel free to edit and to let us know.

Appointment reminders have also changed and will not come from our direct number anymore. Although you can type Y or N to confirm or not confirm your appointment.

We will also we sending links to sign our new digital policy and release forms that the program will keep on file so you'll only need to do it once.

When adding a pet into the system there are some new requirements such as uploading a picture of your rabies vaccination as well as entering in your vet info. This will help us out greatly to follow arkansas state law that rabies is required on all pets. exceptions are made for dogs with written note from a veterinarian for exemptions usually due to allergic reactions and/or age and if this is your personal case you will most likely need to call to have us set up your profile so we can manually exempt it and enter in the note from your vet.

Lastly please be patient with us as we are also learning the system. We are trying very hard not to lose any existing appointments while going through this transition. ❤️🙏

Starting next week we will be switching to a new program that has online booking. As with any business when switching over we are trying to make it as effortlessly as possible for our clients, however, accounts/info/pets all have a risk of being lost in the script transfer between programs. I ask for everyone to be patient as we make this transition.

I will make another post when we are fully up and going with important links and information!

Some cool perks of our new program:

- remind texts will come from a built in program where you can type y or n to confirm your appointment.

- it will also text you a reminder when making your appointments as well so you can sync it to your Google calendar

- online booking is coming. Remember the online booking is a request for an apt we will hold the right to decline and accept so make sure you're paying attention to if it was accepted or not. Reasons we may not accept it is due to over booking, although I have several settings in place to prevent it from allowing you to request an apt that would cause us to over book this has just been my personal concern with moving to online booking.

-progress report type forms your pupnwill recieve after grooming will be emailed or texted to you. This is to better the communication between groomer and you!
