Hey guys! We might have some nasty weather this week coming on Wednesday, if you are scheduled that day and are worried about the weather, PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. Unfortunately I can not speed up my grooming skills 2-3 hours to be finished before bad weather hits, I schedule myself to be finished every evening around 6:00pm. We will just have to see what happens for the rest of the week, if it’s bad I will plan on closing and will reach out to everyone to reschedule their appointment. Hey guys! Natalie here talking, the owner, if you need an appointment please call the business line at 479-595-9084, if we do not answer please leave a detailed message. I’m getting a lot of people texting me at all hours through the night on my personal phone and on non business hours. Our hours are M-F 8:00am- 6:00pm. I can not book appointments at 10:00pm as I am sleeping! 😜😴 I will no longer reply to any text messages during non business hours, unless you are a Gabby’s VIP, you know who your are, thank you!!! ❤️🐾🐾 😙

Starting Monday, 3/30 the lobby will be closed. We are having to change up some appointment times, so some you will be contacted on what time to come. It is EXTREMELY important to come at the time we give you. If you are 15 mins late or more with no notice, we will have to reschedule your appointment. If you come more then 15 mins early, you will either have to wait or come back at your scheduled time. When you arrive, please call 479-595-9084 and someone will come to your car to grab your furry friend. Please take off All collars, leashes, etc. we have slip leads we will use to take them inside. For payments, if paying with a card, we can take your payment over the phone, if paying with check please write out your check at home, we can give you a total when we let you know your dog is ready. If you use Venmo, we are now offering payment through Venmo at this time. We will keep everyone update if anything else changes. I would also like to remind people, that if you have travel outside of NWA recently to please reschedule your appointment after you have quarantined yourself for 14 days, if you have been around anyone who has been ill, or if you or if you live with someone who is at high risk, PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT!!
