✨ It took a little divine timing, some patience, and a whole lot of manifestation magic ✨

One of our beloved midday clients moved to Elkins about a year ago and had been hoping we could expand our service area. Launching a new midday market isn’t easy—every other staff member is headed in the opposite direction, and running just one solo route doesn’t make sense logistically.

But then—like clockwork—another longtime Solgave family let us know they’re moving into their new home in Elkins this week. Suddenly, we had two “for sure” clients, and a third possible on the way. And just like that, Elkins has officially become our newest midday service zone. 🧡

Starting August 4th, Tess (who’s just 15 minutes away!) will be the heart of our Elkins midday route. While we hope to eventually hire someone local, she’s the perfect start as we grow.

Meet Bucket and Ruby, the final additions to Kailans midday route! 🦴💼 These two sweethearts are new to the area, having just relocated from Washington, D.C., and we couldn’t be happier to welcome them (and their wonderful humans) to the Solgave family.

Starting this Monday, Bucket and Ruby will be enjoying five walks a week with their new friend Kailan (backyard, potty breaks until these final few weeks of heat leave) — meaning this route of hers is now officially full! (And mine) Mallory and Tess are building routes now. ❤️

Thank you to every family who’s trusted us with their pets during the workday. 🫶🏼

Some sits just feel extra special. 💛

This crew — Wally, Janet, Evie, and Juno — gave us a week full of tail wags, soft purrs, afternoon sunbeams, and poolside company. It’s always an honor when families trust us with their home and their animals during big summer trips.

Tess held it down with incredible care — and it shows in every little moment we captured.

Midday service is the heartbeat of what we do — and the rhythm is picking up again! 💛🐾

Meet Duncan, a 13-week-old Golden Retriever who just joined our Solgave pack! We’re establishing twice-weekly midday visits on the days he needs them most — and what a joy it is to welcome him.

One of the most meaningful parts of this work is meeting a dog as a puppy and growing alongside them. Duncan’s journey is just beginning, and we’re honored to be a part of it.

Kailan will be his primary caretaker, and what makes this even more special? Duncan is literally the neighbor of one of our longtime midday clients. That’s how our Solgave family grows — one tail wag at a time. 🐶💫

📣 Staff Bio Introduction: Meet Shelby!

We’re continuing to introduce the strongest, most stable team we’ve ever had — the crew that’s propelling Solgave Animal Solutions through 2025 and beyond.

Meet Shelby! She’s a lifelong animal lover with a passion for hospitality. Here’s how she describes herself:

“I provide reliable and personalized care to all of your pets’ needs. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, feeding, or overnight stays, I treat every pet as my own — with love and patience. I believe in dependable service and creating a stress-free environment for both the owner and pet!”

Shelby is finishing up her first year as an engineering student at the University of Arkansas — meaning we’re lucky enough to have her on the team for at least the next three years.

She grew up in rural Siloam Springs working on a farm, just like I did in southwest Missouri, and brings that same farm-bred work ethic to everything she does. One of her first weeks on the job, a client thought she cleaned the entire house because she was scrubbing all the dog nose smudges off the doors — that’s the kind of above-and-beyond service she delivers naturally.

On top of her stellar care, Shelby is about to be the brain behind our TikTok presence. She came to me with ideas to help, and soon we’ll see her creativity in action with short-form content that highlights the joy and care we bring to your pets.

Kat is a recent rescue, just a couple weeks into her new home — and now she’s getting to know us too! We’re starting slow with backyard potty breaks and playtime to build trust, and once she’s comfortable with our team, we’ll graduate to walks.

Every animal deserves care at their pace, and we’re honored to help Kat settle into her new life. 💛
