🚨 Urgent Plea for Help from Our Four Corners Community! 🚨
We’re desperately looking for a foster or adopter for a very special dog named Crandall. This sweet 5-year-old Shepherd mix came to us as a stray and has been struggling ever since. The shelter environment is overwhelming for him—loud noises, unfamiliar faces, and constant activity have left him shut down and withdrawn. He’s not eating much, doesn’t want to walk, and despite all our efforts, we’re watching his spirit fade.
💔 Our vet found no medical cause for his decline—it’s emotional. But when one of our foster volunteers took Crandall home for a couple of days, the difference was incredible. In a calm, quiet environment, Crandall started to come back to life. He ate, enjoyed his outings, and even began accepting gentle pets and affection. It confirmed what we suspected—he needs peace, patience, and love to truly thrive.
Crandall is neutered, vaccinated, and did well with both dogs and cats in his temporary foster home. Now he just needs a safe landing spot—a patient, compassionate person who can show him that the world isn’t so scary.
