🐾 Meet Timothy, our resident rock-climber! 🐾

Timothy is a sweet 6.5-year-old Labrador mix with a big heart and even bigger hops! This handsome guy will need a secure fence because he’s known to clear barriers with ease.

While he may be considered a senior, Timothy hasn’t gotten the memo. He’s full of energy, loves staying active, and is always ready for his next adventure.

A meet-and-greet is recommended to make sure it’s the perfect match, but Timothy is more than ready to find his forever home and an active companion to share life’s adventures with. 🤎

‼️‼️ HELP NEEDED ‼️‼️
Our shelter is still FULL, and we need our community's help now more than ever.

Right now, we have 370 animals in our shelter's care. Of those, 130 are available for adoption, 120 are out in foster, and 38 are in need of foster homes.

Every kennel is full, and we continue to take in animals that need safety, care, and a second chance. We need our community to help us create space for the animals still waiting to come through our doors.

How you can help:
🐾 Adopt and give an animal a forever home
🐾 Foster and provide a temporary safe place for an animal in need
🐾 Share this post to help us reach more potential adopters and fosters

Even if you can't adopt or foster right now, sharing this post could help connect one of our animals with the perfect family.

The need is urgent, but together we can make a difference. Please help us spread the word and support the 370 animals counting on us.

❤️ Thank you for being part of our lifesaving community.

Meet Smokey 🐈‍⬛

Smokey is a little over 4 years old and ready for adoption! He can take some time to warm up to you, but once he does he can be affectionate (when it’s his idea). He’s been here since the first of April and would love to have his own couch to curl up on.

Come meet Smokey, we’re open everyday from 11:30-5:30.

What are the benefits of spaying and neutering your pets?

Longer lifespans-
◾Females that get spayed have a decreased chance of contracting breast tumors or uterine infections, it’s better if done before the first heat cycle.
◾Males that get neutered are more protected from testicular and prostate cancers.

Reduces overpopulation-
◾Fixing your animals helps prevent unwanted litters that result in larger stray populations

Roaming and territory-
◾Males will be less likely to roam trying to find a mate
◾They are also less likely to mark their territory by ‘spraying’

All pets adopted from the shelter will be fixed before going to their forever homes 💗
