Her quick wit, warmth, and sense of humor lit up every room, every customer interaction, and every long day spent making sure the wheels of the store kept turning. She knew every single product we carried — not just what it was, but who it was best for. Her dedication was unmatched, her instincts razor-sharp, and her presence… unforgettable. Madeleine gave her time, her energy, and her heart to this store. And while we miss her deeply every day, her spirit lives on in every detail, every decision, and every joyful bark or purr that fills our space.
