A friendly note to our wonderful pet parents! ❤️

One of the best parts of my day is catching up with you and hearing all about your furry family members. Working solo with the dogs is the best job in the world, but it also means that my conversations with you are a true highlight!

Sometimes, I get so happy to chat with a fellow human that I lose track of time. However, I always want to respect your schedule. I know drop-offs and pick-ups often happen on the way to work or during a busy day.

Please never hesitate to let me know if you're on a tight schedule. A simple "I'm in a bit of a rush today!" is all you need to say. I completely understand! My goal is to make your visit as smooth and convenient as possible.

A tale of two very good boys! 🐾 Please give a huge round of appaws for Zeke, looking absolutely dapper after his very first groom aboard the RUFF Rover! He was a total superstar and soaked up all the pampering. ✨

His brother, Fergus (who was a little camera shy today!), is on his own special journey with us. Fergus is a sweet soul who finds grooming a bit overwhelming, and that is completely okay. We're working with him at his own pace, using shorter, broken-up appointments to build his confidence and show him it can be a positive experience.

Every pup is different, and our mission is to meet them where they are. Whether it's a pup's first haircut or a gentle, slow-paced session for an anxious friend, their comfort and trust are what matter most.

Huge shoutout to Zeke for being a perfect gentleman and to Fergus for his incredible bravery! We're so proud of them both. ❤️

Hi, RUFF Salon community! ✨ To help make every appointment a great one, here are our current policies on timing and payment. We're pinning this post for easy reference!

🏠 SALON APPOINTMENTS 🏠
To give every pet a private, stress-free experience, please plan to arrive at your scheduled time or no more than 5 minutes early. If you arrive any sooner, we may ask you to wait in your car so we can finish with the client before you and give your pet our full attention.

🚐 RUFF ROVER MOBILE APPOINTMENTS 🚐

Arrival Window: Please allow a window of 15 minutes before to 30 minutes after your scheduled time to account for unpredictable traffic. We will contact you directly if we expect to arrive outside of that window!

Cash-Free & Convenient: For the safety of our team, our Rover is a cash-free zone. We will email your invoice at the end of the business day (around 6 PM) for easy and secure online payment.

Thank you for your understanding! It allows us to give every furry client the top-notch care they deserve. ❤️

The big reveal for Drake is finally here!
​First, a huge thank you to our amazing clients for keeping us so busy that we had a true "cobbler's kids have no shoes" situation on our hands! While we were giving your furry family members their fabulous styles, Drake was patiently waiting in the wings.
​But the wait is over! He's now proudly wearing the Miami trim that YOU chose in our poll. We think he looks absolutely dapper. Thanks for being part of the fun!

It's not magic, it's a deshedding treatment! ✨
​Meet Duke, the incredibly sweet husky who visited us for a much-needed spa day. Huskies are famous for their "coat blow," and Duke did not disappoint! We removed enough undercoat to build a whole new dog. 😂
​The best part? He was a perfect gentleman throughout the whole process. He got so relaxed and comfortable during his blow-dry that he fell right to sleep with the help of our Happy Hoodie. 😴
