NEWLYWEDS deserve a NEW KITCHEN!!!

Congrats to Nolan and Haley!!!

What a transformation in this family farm house that was built in the 60s. To say things were a challenge would be an understatement fighting through finding new hinges, hardware, and sanding down years and years of polyurethane and imperfections but I’ve never met a challenge I couldn’t handle. It may have taken a couple extra days but it turned out Beautiful!!!

The original plan was to paint the cabinets a creamy white color but after new flooring, countertops, backsplash and shiplap were installed they weren’t sure about a creamy white next to their white appliances. They decided something darker might look better put needed to look good against all the other improvements already made. I sent them the color Iron Ore and they loved it. I believe it is the perfect color to compliment everything else they had going on in their kitchen. It turned out better than expected!!!

Love this!!

How to decorate when you have cherry red flooring in the kitchen. I love mixing greige colors with blues as they help tone down the redness of the floor.
Use cold foam on the walls, and spalding gray trim. Paint your cabinets in Perfect Greige and add white quartz countertops.
Introduce Waterloo in bar stools, decor and artwork.
