✂️ How Often Should My Pet Be Groomed? 🐾

One of the most common questions I hear is, “How often should my pet be groomed?”

While every pet is different, here are some general guidelines:

🐶 Short-haired dogs: Every 6–8 weeks for bathing and nail trims, with regular brushing at home.

🐶 Long-haired dogs: Every 4-6 weeks to help prevent mats and keep their coat healthy. DAILY BRUSHING!

🐱 Long-haired cats: Daily brushing at home and professional grooming as needed to reduce mats and hairballs.

🐾 Nail trims: Most pets benefit from a trim every 3–6 weeks, depending on how quickly their nails grow.

✨ Regular grooming isn’t just about keeping your pet looking great—it also helps maintain healthy skin and coats, keeps nails at a comfortable length, allows early detection of lumps or skin problems, and can make your pet feel more comfortable overall.
