There is great news and unfortunately bad news to announce. The great news is the sale of Puppy Sighs fell through. This is good news because the vibes had changed with potential buyer and it was clear that this would not be a good fit for Puppy Sighs. Unfortunately this leads to the bad news. Puppy Sighs will officially close on August 31st. Dan and I are grateful to everyone for the amazing 14 years we have spent with you all. I will keep everyone up to date where Bianca will be grooming. Most of you have already switched over to her. She has a printout of your appointments through the end of September. I will post more as soon as we know it. Bianca’s page is Bianca Scissorhands.

Again, Dan and I thank you and wish you and your fur babies the best in the years to come.

UPDATE: Rosie Creek Rd has been grooved! Hopefully that will help.

Good Morning! Happy March! Breakup is just around the corner. Rosie Creek Rd is slick!!! Please drive very slow. I was sideways yesterday on a straight away. We are going on 11 years and this is the worst year. We have called the road commissioner and M&M who services the neighborhood with not much luck.

Update: We have a buyer for the business!!! So prayers and good vibes that this works out! There would be no interruption in service if it does!! My shoulder is healing well and hope to be back within the month. Bianca is doing a wonderful job keeping your fur babies beautiful while I am out! Thank you all! ❤️❤️

Good Morning everyone! Most know that Dan and I are retiring this year. We are hoping that the buyer for the property will keep the business open. The other big changes are Monica is moving next week, I had shoulder surgery last week and Bianca ( former owner of Studio K9) has come to work at Puppy Sighs Inn. All scheduling is going through me. It is best to text me at 907-888-8067. Monica texted her clients about her leaving Alaska and my phone blew up with all of your calls! I’m am so grateful for all of you and will be getting back to everyone. Due to surgery on the right shoulder I am slower with my computer work. If you don’t hear from me within a couple of days, please send me another text.

Dan and I have been overwhelmed with all the support from everyone. Thank you all!

MYSTERIOUS ILLNESS

You may have heard that there is a mysterious respiratory illness effecting dogs. Vets do not have much information as to how this is spreading other than close contact with other dogs. Any public dog environment is a concern including grooming and boarding businesses, dog parks and retail stores. Unknown factors, is this a viral or bacterial infection and whether it is airborne or direct contact. K9 cough (kennel cough) has been around for a long time and this may be a new variant. Puppy Sighs Inn always puts your dog’s health first. We have strict cleaning and disinfecting procedures to ensure your dog has a safe visit with us. Thank you for your trust in Puppy Sighs Inn. Happy Beautiful Summer Day!! I would like to take a moment to thank you all for years of sharing your furbabies with me. No I’m not retiring!…yet!!! I just never imagined that Puppy Sighs would grow like it has. Dan and I are blessed to have this community. 🐾🐶❤️

Minor scheduling changes will take place in August. I will reach out if rescheduling your standing appointments are needed.

Also price adjustments will happen in August. All you doodle owners are killing me!! 😂😂 Only kidding! The other big news is this sweet puppy (a goldendoodle) will be moving in early August. We don’t have a name yet. She is only 5 weeks old here! Be still my heart…love her already ❤️ Can’t wait for the sleepless pull my hair out why did I do this puppy stage!
