Today marks three years of The Pups’ Palace! 👑

To commemorate this milestone, we’d like to share how it all started with a letter from the owner:

Anyone who has known me for a while knows it’s always been Sydney and The Pups. For years, friends and family would ask, “How are you doing?” immediately followed by, “How are The Pups?” We’re a package deal, and everyone knew it.

They’ve been part of my life, my soul, and they’ve become woven into my very identity.

When I decided to take over the family business in 2023 and make it my own, there was only one name that made sense: The Pups’ Palace.

We’ve had our share of ups and downs over the last three years, and when the days feel especially heavy, I look at the gold logo on my wall and remember exactly who I’m doing it all for…

The Pups.

So, allow me to introduce them:

In 2025, our family grew with two more pups:

Both were foster fails who have brought so much joy, chaos, and new energy to the TPP family.

Finally, I want to thank everyone who has supported me over the years - every person who has walked through our doors. Our customers, employees, rescue partners, friends, and more - the love and support I’ve found through this business has been overwhelming, and I can never truly express how grateful I am for all of you.

It has been the greatest honor of my life to care for your pups and to be part of your stories. I’ve watched so many of them grow from tiny, frolicking puppies into sweet, salt-and-pepper seniors. Through every stage of life - from puppy breath to their last breath - it has been my privilege to love them while they’re in my care.

To my staff, past and present: thank you.

The Pups’ Palace is what it is today because of each and every one of you, and the future has never looked brighter. I’ve had the privilege of watching you learn, grow, laugh, cry, and build lifelong friendships through this work. I’ve celebrated your high school and college graduations, weddings, new homes, and growing families.

Watching you become the incredible people you are has been one of the greatest gifts this business has given me. You’re my family and I am so proud of you all.

Here’s to many more years of The Pups’ Palace, the dogs who started it all, and the incredible community we’ve built together.

Today is a heavy day here at The Pups' Palace.

With broken hearts, we want to let our Palace family know that today Sydney said goodbye to her beloved dog, Louie.

Louie wasn't just a pet—he was family, he is one of the pups that started The Pups' Palace. A lot of you may have first met Louie last year when he would be our "office dog" almost everyday while he was undergoing treatment for glaucoma. After having his eyes removed he lived comfortably for over a year until his old age of 11 started to catch up with him recently.

If you know Louie, you know he had quite the spicy side and he was a very particular boy. He definitely knew what he liked and lived up to his cowboy title by always keeping everyone in line. He had a soft side for his mom and anyone that has loved a dog understands the bond they will always share.

Please keep Sydney and everyone who loved Louie in your thoughts in the coming days and weeks.

Run free, sweet Louie. You will always be loved and never forgotten. 💚 🐾

Introducing our July Pup of the Month, Willow!❤️

Willow is a 4.5 year old Goldendoodle who will turn 5 on October 24th. She loves people, making friends with smaller dogs, going on walks, playing fetch, squeaky toys, chewing on bones, ripping the stuffing out of her toys, belly scratches, cuddling, and, of course, treats! She loves being held like a baby and honestly may or may not be part human because of some of the silly things she does.

She gets so excited to jump in the car for a ride, but once the car starts moving, she’s usually curled up in the floorboard. Willow knows sit, lay down, stay, spin, and shake. She’s the sweetest girl, but she’s also a little shy.

Willow’s biggest fears are loud noises like the smoke detector chirping, semi-trucks, and garbage trucks. Everyone who meets Willow falls in love with her gentle, sweet personality!
