Quick update on Phoebe ❤️ My friend Ned covered the remainder of her vet expenses and we have agreed to share custody of her. She has no teeth left, she has a grade 4 heart murmur, and luxating patellas but her skin is healed and shes strong and healthy. Once her mouth heals from her dental I think she will be feeling a thousand times better. Thank you for your support ❤️🙏

Phoebe needs dental work before she can get adopted and my friend is generously offering to match up to $500 in donations! Phoebe's skin is healing up well, and her personality is coming out big time! She's only 6 years old, she's spunky, she gets along great with the other animals, she loves to cuddle, she loves to follow along next to you on walks, and she loves to hop in her carrier and get toted around. She definitely has an "I can do it myself" attitude, which is adorable. I'm now seeing her run and jump and play outside. She goes potty outside on command, but will go inside sometimes still so we're working on that. She's a great little companion! Please help me find her next home 🙏

This is Phoebe and she will be looking for a home soon ❤️ I'll have more details on her soon. So far I know she's an older dog, fixed, should be utd on shots. Her original owner died and then she ended up in an unsafe home before she moved in with an elderly woman who loved her but could not care for her due to health problems. Because of her history she is very timid and shy but she loves to cuddle on her persons lap. She seems to be very quiet and happy to avoid other animals but doesn't seem aggressive or interested in my dog or cats. She's potty trained but will use potty pads. Her skin is having an allergic reaction to the carpet treatment they used and I'm going to help her heal from that. It sounds like she has typical Chihuahua teeth and likely needs a dental so I'm hoping someone will adopt her who is prepared to help her with that. This scruffy little street dog is moving back to California! When they first took Bronson in he had just been rescued from the streets of California and was covered in pounds of matting and all kinds of parasites. He'd pretty obviously never been groomed and likely spent most of his life fending for himself. He couldn't have found a better family to take him in and work with him through his fears though. He's one of the happiest little guys I've ever met, and his parents just adore every thing he does ❤️ it was a project for all of us keeping him groomed for the last year or so but we figured it out and we definitely all bonded in the process!I'm gonna miss these guys!
