Not many people would adopt a big goat with huge horns to start with. Even less would haul in their car. Thanks to rescue partners Latisha and Teresa for adopting Happy.

Happy wasn't a good fit at his old home since he liked to playfully butt the other goats. His new herd likes to play rough, and now everyone is happier, including Happy.

Dilbert and Sullivan enjoying summer watermelon.
They narrowly escaped scheduled euthanasia and are now ready for adoption. Neuters and vet care has been done by Northwest Mobile Vet, so good to go.

Pepo, the Silkie rooster, and his mate Salt, also a Silkie, are in need of a new home. Roosters are not allowed in the city limits where they live. Currently located in the Portland area in Gresham. Ages are approximately 4 - 5 months.

Dr. Reza saved the life of our dog Rusty after he got ivermectin poisoning. Rusty had eaten a scrap of ivermectin soaked bread that fell out of a pig's mouth.

Dr. Reza gave us hope while other veterinarians said it was hopeless, and euthanasia was the best option.
After five days in a coma, Rusty came back to us.

We highly recommend Dr Reza, and are planning to be at his open house for his new clinic.

Goodbye sweet friend. Dwayne came here 7 years ago after being advertised as good for dog food.
He came from a breeding farm who no longer needed him for breeding, and he didn’t seem to have much interest in activities anyway. He was an older pig when he came to us and although joining a herd of all ladies, he preferred to spend his time lazing about enjoying the sunshine and breeze than do any flirting. A gentle soul with minuscule legs, he had the greatest hair and tusks he never dared use. We’ll miss seeing what spot he chooses to lay in the field next. Watch til the end (with sound up) to see how we like to think he’s spending his time in the afterlife; with Skipper, his old pal around the corner. Miss ya bud.

Gilbert and Sullivan were unwanted and scheduled for euthanasia. Thanks to the teamwork of compassionate people, they are now safe.
