Today, we’re reaching out for some additional support.
As many of you know, running a rescue is a labor of love, but it also comes with its challenges—especially when it comes to funding. Right now, we’re facing some tough times, and every little bit helps!

Well…. Our adoption event wasn’t quite as successful with adoptions as we had hoped, out of the 13 kittens we had in attendance, our sweet Butter was the only one to find a home. But one is better than none!

We had a good amount of foot traffic come through the event, with lots of people meeting the cute little faces we have.

In the coming days, we will post everyone we have up for adoption. We really hope to find homes for these kids soon.

Being based in a very rural part of Clackamas County has proved to be very challenging for us, this year especially, primarily due to all of the free kittens being offered up.
When looking to adopt a cat or kitten, seeing a “free” one may be enticing, however, all of our kitties come spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated, taking on the larger costs you would be facing otherwise. Something to definitely keep in mind for your future adoption wants!

If you’ve been watching the last few weeks, then you know we still have these two precious brothers and they will also be at our adoption event!

After overcoming panleuk (feline parvo), and missing their sister who was already adopted, these two boys have had all the patience in the world looking for their furever families! We would LOVE nothing more than to see them find the perfect home this weekend at our adoption event (preferably in a home together as they are an amazing pair).

Peanut and Butter are quite literally two of the best cats you could ask for. They are incredibly loving, not only to their foster, but they also love to love on each other; they play hard and can entertain you for hours; they get along with everyone who comes into contact with them; AND they don’t mind dogs either.
What more could you ask for???

Come meet them this Saturday, August 2nd between 10:00am - 4:00pm at the Boring Grange!
