LESSON PROGRAM: Our lesson program includes expert teaching for beginners to advanced riders. We instruct in saddle seat, hunt seat, and western riding as well as driving. We have many beautiful Morgan and Saddlebred lesson horses in all riding styles for all levels of riders. Lesson length varies depending on the stamina of the rider, but lessons average about a half hour. We have several lesson
instructors available to accommodate your style and schedule. For lessons you need to come wearing riding pants or jeans. Sorry but no shorts or capri pants. Wear riding boots with a slight heel, or running shoes. If you have your own helmet you may bring it, or you can use one of ours. Lesson students can compete in horse shows using our lesson horses. They compete at the Academy level in a variety of shows year-round. We also have many horses, at all levels, available for lease. TRAINING AND BOARD: At Miller Equestrian, we specialize in training Morgan and American Saddlebreds. We train horses in a variety of disciplines:

Horses are worked six days a week. Colts can be started under saddle and in harness. We work with riders at all levels, beginner to advanced. Owners/riders are welcome to visit and ride anytime Tuesday through Sunday. One flat fee per month includes training, board, feed, water, and lessons. Additional costs include vet and farrier services, horse shows, and other related expenses. CAMP: We offer multiple weeks of horse camp each summer. Camps are tailored for the riders’ experience level, from beginner to advanced. We also have camps specifically designed for experienced riders. We teach horse care, feeding, safety and riding. BIRTHDAY PARTIES: For a child who loves horses, a barn birthday party is a dream come true! Parties are tailored to your group but always include safety and animal care lessons as well as riding. BREEDING PROGRAM: We breed and have several yearlings for sale.
