🩸💪 Today I rolled up my sleeve (and Penny did too, we did it together)at the San Diego Blood Bank to give blood. It only takes a short while, but the impact is massive — one donation can help save up to three lives.

This is Sasha. She’s a 7 year old female boxer that we’ve had since she was 6 weeks old. She’s the most precious and most loving girl. She started gaining weight (because I was loving her to death with treats and scraps).
