It’s that time of year again!
It’s getting warm and the dogs wanna cool off.
We can definitely use some kiddie pools for them to play in! Just drop them by the shelter. Thank you very much!

Remember georgett back in march of last year and her babies?! Well one by one each one got a home. Toby was the last one, he turned a year old last month. And today he found his forever home! Congratulations to Toby and his new family!

Today, we mourn. If you have visited the sos animal shelter in the last two years and took a peek in the kitten room you would have seen Apollo.
Most people assumed he was a momma cat but we reassured he was the dad of all kittens. He was daddy Apollo.
In the last two years he’s raised and took care of so many litters of kittens that had come to us, the babies were just drawn to him.

While cleaning he would walk the hall way checking on his babies who were in a play pen. He was happy at sos in the kitten room enjoying his job as dad!
We loved Apollo so much! He was such a good cat! And we gave him all the love and belly rubs he could have ever wanted.

But his health declined quickly and the kindest thing we could do was love him and help him cross the rainbow bridge! We love Apollo! And we will miss him.

We are starting to run low on wet cat food, shreds and patè! We could also use some cat treats! Our worker cats enjoy them at there meal times! As always thank you for your support!!

A special thanks to our All In Credit Union volunteers: Felicia, Jennifer, Leslie, Areita, Linda S. Erica H., and Brandy.
Thank you to our set up crew Tim, Rick, Bill, Jeff, Georgia, Diana and Jo. Kudos to Marcy for doing nail duty. And a yummy thank you to Connie for ordering up lunch for all of us. We had a great time in spite of the slightly cooler than normal weather.
We will be back every month on the second Saturday from 10-2.
