The following is the Training Contract for all services with Total K-9. General Policy
Total K-9 will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the training and boarding of the dogs we train. We will offer only sound safe and responsible training, care, and post- boarding training instructi
ons. Owner agrees however, that all animals may exhibit unpredictable behavior and that Total K-9 will not be liable for the actions of the dog outside of the control of Total K-9 training. Owner agrees that the recommendation of Total K-9 of any product or service is not a guarantee of performance or Owners satisfaction with that product or service. Total K-9 agrees to indemnify and hold Owner harmless from and against any claims of injury, expense, cost loss or damages caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Total K-9 while the dog is in the sole custody and control of Total K-9. Owner acknowledges that Total K-9 has no control of the dog when it’s not in the exclusive custody, care and control of Total K-9. Owner agrees to indemnify and hold Total K-9 harmless from and against any and all claims of injury, expense, cost, loss or damages caused by the actions of the dog when the dog is not in the sole custody, care and control of Total K-9. Owner acknowledges and agrees that owning any animal , including the dog has inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of the dog biting the owner or others. Owner fully understands the tools and techniques that are used to train and modify the behavior of their dog and agrees to the tools and techniques wich include Prong Collar, Bark Collar, Remote Training Collar, and muzzles. I hereby assign and grant to Total K-9 the right and permission to use, reproduce, distribute and publish the photograph(s), film(s), vidoetape(s), audio and video recording(s), electronic representation(s) and or sound recording(s) made of me or my dog(s) at anytime during he training and or boarding of my dog(s) by Total K-9, and I hereby release Total K-9 from any and all liability resulting from such use, production, distribution, and publication. I hereby authorize the reproduction, sale, distribution, copyright, exhibit, broadcast, and/or electronic storage of any and all such photograph(s), fim(s), videotape(s), audio and video recording(s), electronic representation(s), and or sound recording(s) without
limitation at the discretion of Total K-9 and I specifically waive any right to compensation I may have for any of the foregoing. Physical Activity Agreement
Your dog will be training and living in real world situations. They will come into contact with the inside and outside world including natural objects, dirt, grass, cement, trees, fencing, bushes, and interacting with other dogs and humans and it’s likely they will get scratched, bumped and bruised. Things are bound to happen even though we take great care to mitigate the hazards as much as possible. As Owner you acknowledge and understand that there are certain risk involved in pet training, boarding, and care. You release, indemnify, and agree to hold Total K-9 harmelsss from any and all manners of damage,claims, loss, liabilities, cost or expenses, cause of actions or suits, whatsoever in law of equity( including, without limitation, attorney fees and related cost) arising out of or related to the services provided by Total K-9.
