Ely Dog Park

Hi Everyone,
May 16th is the City Wide Rummage Sale. The plan is to have a doggie table set up of donations from our Dog Park Followers. We have a box in the shelter in the Dog Park for gently used donated dog accessories.
We also have firewood bundles for sale at Dutchman Tree Service. Dutchman donates the firewood and Craig and I cut, split and bundle the wood for sale. We are asking $5/per bundle, which less than most other places. I would like to add that if someone in the community is having trouble heating their home, please personal message me and we will try and help! Promise to be discreet.
So glad people and their dogs are using the park!!! More people are getting sponsorship signs for private, business and a Memorial Wall. We believe this is going to be an awesome summer.

Hi Everyone, I’m visiting my mother and more family and friends. Staying in Moorhead,MN and Maggie and I went to the North Fargo Dog Park. Less than 2 years old and very nice. The point I’m trying to make is that I was saying Dog Agility Set but I meant Dog Playground Set, which I learned when I attended a new Dog Park and saw the difference. You might have to zoom in to see some of that equipment. I loved the engagement and there is a need for people to step up and help shape Ely Dog Park! This is only a stepping stone. We have the dock in the lake, you might say. lol. We could have agility course or we could have a Pet Cemetery or more dog friendly places around town. You Dog Loving Creative People step up!! We have a shelter, we have endless possibilities.

Hi Everyone, the Ely Dog Park is looking into Dog Agility equipment. If you would like to suggest what you would like to see? We are still looking for volunteers. We would like to be involved in the 4th of July parade. If someone that would like to see at 3 or as many as you want walking their dog on a lease. Two people to carry our sign and the rest with dogs!!!

Hi Everyone,
We have some new signs, Dutchman has been added to our Business Sponser Wall. Welcome!! Steger Designs bought a section of fence and excited to see what they are working on! We also have 3 new pick up your dog’s p**p signs, kind of cute, but needed for reminders.
We would like to mention that there were found just 2 cigarette butts in the park. There is no smoking in the Boy’s Room, lol, or the Dog Park!
We are looking for volunteers for fundraising. We need help for the Doggie Flea/rummage sale this spring. We are thinking doing a small advertising for the Ely Dog Park in the 4th of July parade. A couple of people help carry the Ely Dog Park sign and then some people walking along with their dog on a leash, that sounds fun. Please Personal Message me!!! Down the road, maybe a booth at Blueberry fest/Harvest Moon and even Farmers Market. Need help for all that. We need volunteers coming this up this spring, please!!

Hi Everyone,
Spring is coming up soon, we have trees to plant, benches to install and 3 p**p stations to plant into the ground. We are going to have a table set up at the Dog Park and sell gently used dog accessories. We have a box in the shelter in the park for donations.
We’re hoping for an awesome summer at the Ely Dog Park.
