Have A Heart Dog Rescue & Adoption We are a nonprofit 501c3 organization dedicated to rescuing animals that have limited time & are at risk for euthanasia in kill shelters.

We are a nonprofit 501c3 organization dedicated to rescuing companion animals that have limited time & are at risk for euthanasia in high kill shelters. We place them into loving foster homes until we find their forever homes. Have A Heart Dog Rescue & Adoption does not specialize in a specific breed, but we help all dogs in eminent danger or at risk of being euthanized in high kill shelters. Ever

yday thousands of animals are sitting in kill shelters with limited time before they are euthanized simply because they do not have a home. Shelters are overcrowded and cannot offer them more time. Many pure bred and mix breed puppies, dogs, cats, and kittens would otherwise find forever homes if they simply had more time. No kill rescues such as ours help ease the burden from kill shelters and offer companion animals more time to find their forever homes. Our foster homes fill up fast and we can only save what we have room for and can financially support. We can only continue to help with the support of generous donors and people like you! Thousands of animals are euthanized in shelters across the United States each year. That’s why Spaying and neutering your pets is so very important. Every animal adopted from us allows room/space to save another companion animal from being euthanized in a high kill shelter. Adoption is very important. It truly saves lives! Our dream is one day we won’t have to rescue because they will all have homes. We will continue our mission UNTIL THEY ALL HAVE HOMES!

We’re back—but we’re not okay. 💔

It’s hard to keep posting and asking for help, but the truth is—we need it now more than ever.

Our intake is down, and our donations have nearly stopped. In the last month, we’ve received just $20 in donations. Animals still need us—desperately—but we can’t continue our lifesaving work without your support.

We want to say yes to every animal in need. But we can’t without the resources. We rely 100% on donations to feed, vet, and care for the animals we rescue.

💔 We’re at a breaking point.
