We didn't forget Masterpiece (Master x Miss Nickle Annie)! He is a 2000, 16.2 hand, SWANA registered stallion, approved for SWANA and ISR/Oldenburg. SWANA inspectors gave all scores between 7 and 9 and recommended his semen for shipping to Sweden. He was Reserve Champion of the 2004 Stallion Short Test, and still holds the highest median score ever given in USDF Dressage Sport Horse Breeding: 87.250%. He was USDF Champion Mature Stallion in 2009, and SWANA HOY at both 1st and 2nd level, and 2nd at 3rd level in 2010. Although a stall injury limited his showing, he has won at DAD, earned many high-score-of-show awards through 3rd level, had both in hand and under saddle scores in the high 80s, and received several perfect 10s on his walk. Like his sire, Masterpiece has simple, supple lateral ability. He has a natural piaffe and passage, and his walk is huge yet collectible. He is elastic and comfortable enough for anyone to sit in all gaits. (Like all our Little Bit Farm stallions, he has been used in our lesson program.) He has beautiful type and color, almost black, with a perfect length of back and leg. In addition to his talent for dressage, Masterpiece has won in rated hunters. One of the Olympic riders at his stallion test said he would be a perfect hunter if he continued on that path.
Masterpiece is sire of three stallions certified by ISR/Oldenburg, and of foals we have bred and presented to ISR/Oldenburg and SWANA, all but one have been premium/Class1.
Sire: Master 850, is Kyra Kyrklund’s World Cup Champion mount and winner of the Swedish dressage championships for five- and six-year-olds. Master is also the sire of a number of World Cup qualifiers, and Grand Prix Tip Top 962, the only horse to win the Swedish Triple Crown (dressage championships for four-, five- and six-year-olds)
Dam: Miss Nickle Annie is approved Dutch, Hanoverian, Holsteiner, and ISR/Oldenburg. She has shown very successfully in dressage (a 70% avg.), hunter (Horse of the Year titles, 2nd in the Medal Finals), and eventing (undefeated). Her foals have amassed many awards: GP Raymeister, her approved son, is the most winning horse for USDF, and his approved son, Rashka, is the highest scoring stallion in the history of U.S. testing: 164.86!
