HEADS UP RIO LINDA/ELVERTA BUSINESSES!!!
Strip mall where Pioneer Feed, Sudzy Paws, Elverta Food Closet and the Shindig Spot are located was hit last night. Someone decided to cut all the internet cables, messed with electric meters and remove the breakers from breaker boxes. Logic says whomever this scum is, possibly plans on returning to location to steal from these businesses. Probably cut electrical/internet in hopes of disarming alarms and cameras. Stay alert!
