Meet Foxy!

Foxy is a 9-month-old Australian Cattle Dog mix with a gentle heart and a quiet personality. Born from an accidental litter, Foxy has spent nearly her entire life growing up at the sanctuary alongside other dogs. Because of that, she's very comfortable with canine friends but can be shy when meeting new people. Give her a little patience, though, and you'll discover a sweet girl who wants nothing more than to feel safe and loved.

Ember is a 7-month-old Lab mix weighing approximately [weight].

Ember has spent nearly her entire life in foster care after arriving with her three siblings from an accidental litter. Growing up at the sanctuary has made her comfortable with other dogs and taught her good manners, but she's still learning that the world outside the rescue isn't so scary. She can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once she warms up, her sweet personality starts to shine. Ember is playful, gentle, and at the perfect age to grow alongside her forever family.

Delta is a young Husky mix with a larger-than-life personality. She is an accomplished snuggler, expert toy shredder, and self-appointed member of everyone's personal space. Delta loves attention, loves adventure, and absolutely loves other dogs. She's smart, playful, and always looking for her next puzzle to solve. If treats are involved, she may even temporarily disable her selective hearing.

Meet Bandit!

Bandit is a 5-year-old Australian Cattle Dog weighing approximately 40 pounds.

Bandit doesn’t always make the best first impression. New people can make him nervous, and he needs a little time to feel safe. Once he does, though, he’s one of the sweetest, cuddliest dogs you’ll ever meet. He loves walks, treats, playing chase with other dogs, and curling up with his favorite people. When he wants attention, he has an adorable habit of sitting up on his hind legs with his paws in the air instead of jumping.

Some fabulous shots our awesome photographer, Shannon, got at the adoption event yesterday.

1. Gretchen - This beautiful, calm girl is 3-4 years old, does amazing with other dogs, and loves her people.

2. Justin and Maverick - not a bonded pair, adoptable separately or together. Justin is a devoted dad, successful research chemist, entertainingly irreverent, not afraid to talk about his feelings, and ladies- he’s tall and available! Message for more info.

3. Bambi is another catch, a blue nosed pittie, as sweet as pie with everyone she meets. Probably right around a year old.

4. Sweet Olivia staying “Pawsitive” despite being with us for over a year and never getting a single application or any adoption interest. She’s 6-7 years old, housetrained, loves to snuggle, and needs to be an only pet.

5. Maverick - 3-4 month old German Shepherd mix puppy who does great with other dogs, is a cuddle baby, and does incredibly well with training.

6. Colter is around 6 years old and is a Great Pyrenees mixed with something petite. He came to us bony, but has put on some weight and is now around 60lbs. Certainly not a small dog, but little for a pyrenees.

7. Scrappy - this little beagle mix is about 4 years old and at first seems afraid of his own shadow. Not scrappy at all really. He’s good with kids and other dogs and takes a little time to come out of his shell. He lives with other dogs and prefers the smaller ones for company.
