After what felt like the longest stretch because of the crazy Jersey weather and having constant frost warnings (even at the end of April!), the garden is FINALLY going in! We still have a few more things to plant, but making progress.

Nothing fancy over here this year— just a simple, basic setup because sometimes the best gardens start with simplicity, a few pots and good soil. Oh and we have had some visitors for the last three days that decided to hang out with us🦚

Been almost 100 here the last few days. More for the feels like temperature. Thankfully it stormed last night and has cooled off. No need to water everything for one, but it feels better outside also.

I purchased a w**d eater on Thursday and went to use it today. I realized the gas cap was missing and my wife contacted Lowe’s who said we were out of the return window of 48 hours. Even though it hasn’t been used. We looked at the return policy and it says 30 days for most lawn equipment. Lowe’s tells me I have to use my warranty to get a new gas cap. Which I paid extra for. Think this may actually be the last time I buy anything from Lowe’s. Lowe's Home Improvement
