Stay At Home Pets We offer in-home pet sitting for dogs, cats, birds, small pets, & small farm care, dog walking, dog While you’re away, your pets can stay!

Leave your pets in the comfort and safety of their own home when you travel, and let us spoil them during their own little vacation. All of Stay At Home Pets' sitters are experienced pet parents, and are bonded and insured. We provide a number of personalized pet services. Daily dog walks are great for pet parents who work long hours (give your pooch a chance to stretch their legs and avoid a mess

when you come home). Our vacation care for dogs, cats, birds, and small animals keeps your pets on a regular schedule, and ensures they have one-on-one interaction daily. Use our pet taxi service for grooming and vet appointments when the hours conflict with your schedule. Have a high energy pup? Schedule a dog park visit for some extra run around time! Call or e-mail us to schedule a free consultation and get your visit dates on our schedule. We also offer contactless options! All of our sitters sanitize before and after walks, and wear masks if they need to enter your home!

Memorial Day, was yesterday a solemn reverence washes over the nation. We pause to remember the brave men and women who have fallen in service to our country, their sacrifices a stark reminder of the price of freedom. But on this day of remembrance, let us also extend our gratitude to another silent group of heroes: working dogs.

These canine companions are more than just loyal pets. They are highly trained professionals who put their lives on the line to protect us, find the lost, and guide those in need. While military and law enforcement K-9 units often take center stage, the spectrum of service for working dogs stretches far wider, encompassing a diverse range of roles, each carrying its own unique set of challenges and triumphs. As veterinarians, we’d like to honor these brave heroes — especially those who gave their lives in the line of duty — on Memorial Day (and every day).

New animal welfare laws in Australia could significantly raise the stakes for unsafe pet treatment.

In New South Wales, proposed updates would allow jail time and fines of up to AU$44,000 for leaving dogs in hot cars or using certain cruel collars. Officials say the changes are meant to prevent deaths and injuries linked to extreme heat and abuse.

Animal advocates say the proposal reflects growing recognition that these situations can turn fatal far faster than many people realize.
