Jubal has had a great couple of weeks, winning a 24 dog AGD in Stillwater last weekend and the winning a 13 dog ALGD Retrieving stake at the NWPDA trial in Ellensburg.

With confirmation from AKC, he has now earned his AFC.

He has become an amazing dog, with wins and placements in All Age stakes this spring, to back to back wins in a walking trial. He does an excellent job at adjusting to cover, grounds, and if I am on foot or horseback.

We had a great showing at the Amercan Brittany Club Western Futurity. We showed and ran 3 pups from Jubal x Maddie, and 1 from Jubal x Echo.

Teeter won 1st in All Age, 1st in Senior Females, in show. That won her 1st place in Dual Dog. What an incredible dog she is!

Kimber was 2nd in All Age, and 3rd in Senior Males in the show.

Laney was 3rd in Gun Dog, and 3rd in Senior Females in the show.

Reba was 2nd in Gun Dog, and 2nd in Junior Females in show.

Thank you to everyone that made this possible. Connie Strom, Molly MacMillan Sanko, and Sherri for grooming and showing the dogs. Jason Sanko for scouting and keeping me on my toes. Chris Hall and Jodie Schrick Hall for trusting me with Kimber, and the same for Reagan Ingersoll and Chris Spencer for trusting me with Laney.

Special thanks to the judges, bird planters, event coordinators, and all of the volunteers that worked so hard to put the event together.

Getting ready for trial season. First trial of 2026 in Marysville, CA this weekend. Starts with the Futurity on Thursday, then a weekend trial.

Happy 2nd birthday to the Maddie × Juabl litter! 🎉

What an outstanding group of pups. I’ve been very fortunate to train and work with several dogs from this litter.

Pictured below are Teeter, Kimber, Laney, and Clarke.

Maddie was 8 years old when she helped produce this litter, and we decided it would be her last. This group has made me second-guess that decision more than once — truly a special set of young dogs.

We closed out the 2025 field trial season here in the NW with a win by Jubal in OAA.

Thank to all of the volunteers with the Oregon Brittany Club and to judges Jason Sanko and Jesse Hamilton for watching my dog. What a great weekend and way to close out the year.

20 month old Teeter has had a nice fall trial season so far. She took 1st last week in OLGD at the Inland Embite Brittany Club in a field of 27 dogs! So happy with Teeter, the whole litter is amazing.

Pending AKC confirmation Teeter is now a Field Champion.

Proud Breeder moment. Reagan with Laney won AWD and OD, Teeter won ALGD and took 2nd in OLGD. 20 months old out of Jubal and Maddie.
