This is a disturbing trend. Dogs are just dumped everyday. There are groups dedicated to saving them but it’s just a finger in the damn. Shelters are stressed to their limit. This is one issue that needs more attention and resources from the government. It should be unanimously supported by both sides of the aisle. Instead it seems ignored by both.
