💔 My heart hurts in a way I can’t even put into words. Last night we had to say goodbye to my sweet almost 12-year-old English Bulldog, Charlie. He was the best friend we could have asked for-stubborn, silly, snuggly, and so full of love. He made our house a home and filled our lives with joy every single day.

Thank you for the unconditional love, the wrinkles, the snores, and all the moments that made us laugh. We will miss him more than I ever imagined.
Rest easy, sweet boy. 🌈🐾

Meet Rexi. She is the newest member of the Funky Frenchies Family.

I thought I was adopting a french bulldog.
What I actually brought home?
A dramatic, overly attached stage performer who believes life is a one-woman show — and I’m the captive audience of her off-Broadway debut.
🚽 Bathroom? She’s right there, silently staring like she’s reading the script of my soul.
🍳 Kitchen? Hovering behind me like Gordon Ramsay with trust issues.
🚪 Taking out the trash? She watches from the doorway like I’m going off to war, whispering, “Come back to me…”
She doesn’t sit — she poses.
Legs delicately crossed. Head tilted just so. Like a still from a black-and-white Chanel campaign.
✨ She sighs — dramatically — if I don’t make eye contact for five seconds.
🥣 She once refused to eat dinner because her food bowl wasn’t facing due north, apparently.
And the zoomies?
Lord help us all.
One minor existential wobble and she’s sprinting through the house like she’s late for a tax audit.
She has:
✔️ Licked every single window in the house
✔️ Figured out how to open the fridge
✔️ Stolen a banana, peeled it, and left the skin on my pillow like a Fruit Cartel warning 🍌💀
I’ve tried every “indestructible” toy on the market.
She’s unstuffed them all like she’s mining for ancient relics. Only few ever survive intact.
Which is more than I can say for:
👟 My shoes
📺 My remote
🧠 And the last of my sanity.
