I’m so excited to finally share some big news!!🥁
I’ve stepped into a new role as Manager at the shop!✨

After 10 years of grooming, this career has become my passion. What started as simply loving dogs has grown into a deep commitment to caring for them, understanding their needs, and making sure every single one feels safe, comfortable, and loved during their time with me. Being trusted with your pets means everything to me, and that will never change.
Stepping into this new position is such an honor. I’m excited to lead and support our team, continue growing together, and keep raising the standard of care we provide. My goal has always been and will always be to give every pet the best experience possible, whether it’s their first visit or they’ve been coming to me for years. 🐶💕
I’m grateful to serve the El Paso community in this new way.💗This beautiful community has supported me throughout my journey, and I look forward to continuing to build those relationships and welcoming new faces along the way.

I’m grateful for the passion God has given me for animals and for leading me to where I am today. I can’t imagine my life not being surrounded by dogs.🐾
Every day I go to work, I get to experience each dog’s unique personality and special traits. Being able to witness God’s creation in this way never gets old, it’s something I deeply cherish.❤️

I’m so happy I was able to travel to California this year and attend Groom Expo West.🤗 I took several classes focused on skin and coat health and learned new techniques on how to restore and improve the health of your dog’s coat.🐕

I also attended multiple classes on Asian Fusion styling and breed-specific cuts, where I learned more about working with each dog’s structure and creating balanced haircuts that suit them best. 🤍🐩 I love going to events like these because I always come back to work more inspired and excited to try new things.🤩

🐶Your puppy’s first groom is one of the most important appointments of their life.
It sets the foundation for how they’ll feel about grooming forever. A calm, positive introduction to the bath, dryer, and tools helps build confidence and trust.

🐾It’s best to start grooming once your puppy has had at least two rounds of vaccinations (or whatever your vet recommends). The sooner they’re introduced to grooming, the easier it is for them to get comfortable with the process.

🫧If you bathe your puppy at home before they’re old enough to get professionally groomed, make it a positive experience. Use treats and praise, keep the water at a comfortable temperature, and go slowly. For long-haired breeds, always brush and comb before the bath to prevent matting. After bathing, fully blow-dry the coat and brush again to keep it smooth and healthy.

🛁First grooms are usually focused on a bath, brush, and light trimming around the face, feet, and sanitary area. This helps puppies adjust without overwhelming them. Depending on how they do, a full haircut may be possible but every puppy is groomed at their own pace. Grooming is a lifelong routine, so creating a gentle and positive experience from the start makes all the difference.

🐕Routine is essential. Regular appointments every 4–6 weeks help puppies continue getting comfortable with grooming and make each visit easier than the last. Even if it’s just a bath and brush, a nail trim, or a quick brush-out, keeping them on a consistent schedule builds confidence and prevents grooming from feeling scary or unfamiliar.
