In observance of Memorial Day, Ark Animal Hospital will be closed on Monday, May 25th.

We honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Wishing everyone a safe and peaceful holiday weekend with family, friends, and pets. ❤️🐾

We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday. If your pet experiences an emergency while we are closed, please contact your nearest emergency veterinary hospital.

Yeti may be one of the biggest visitors at Ark Animal Hospital, but he still needed a little reassurance from Whitney during his visit. And honestly, we think she handled the assignment pretty well.

Moments like these are a good reminder that veterinary medicine is built on trust, patience, compassion… and occasionally very awkward positions. 💙

All jokes aside, senior pets often need extra support and comfort as they age. Thick, padded bedding can help reduce pressure on arthritic joints, improve sleep quality, and make it easier for older pets to rest comfortably.

If your senior dog or cat seems stiff, slower getting up, reluctant to jump, or restless at night, their bedding may make more of a difference than you think.

A little extra cushioning can go a long way toward keeping aging pets comfortable ❤️
