This client’s pup, from our last litter is eager to please and always ready to go! At 5 months old you could basically take him hunting now. We will spend the next couple months polishing his basic obedience commands, before he hits the field this dove season.

Jade, our black female,is within 48 hours of having her last litter for us here at AB Kennels/M2 Breeding. For those of you who have pups from her, y’all know how excited we are that we will be having one more litter. For those of y’all who do not, you will not want to miss your chance at a new hunting partner or family pet.

We have paired Jade with a great male dog, Bandit, who was trained by Dobesh Family Hunting Retrievers. Praying everything goes well for mama and puppies, and we plan on putting these pups into our retriever training program. Stay tuned for more pics and information.

At 17 weeks old this client’s pup is learning to mark birds out around 40 yards. Soon we will increase the distance and add gunfire directly over his head.

We believe starting dogs young is a big part of their success. Most of our puppies are hunting at 8.5-9 months old during their first season.
