She’s been in the grooming game since 2012, joined the Golden Poodle fam 6 years ago.
Heather is the definition of leadership done right—compassionate, understanding, and always the first to remind us that work-life balance isn’t just a buzzword. She juggles grooming, managing, mentoring, inventory (seriously, nobody tracks shampoo like she does).

Rianna’s been with us for four whole years—and trust us, that’s four years of unmatched talent and the kind of grooming magic that only comes from someone who started in the salon scene before she could even drive.
Her eye for detail? Uncanny. And when the rest of us are stuck trying to figure out if a doodle is giving more poodle or golden retriever, Rianna’s already halfway through the perfect cut. ✂️💁‍♀️
