💚 Mental Health Awareness Week 💚
(October 5–11, 2025)

This week, we’re shining a light on mental health and the importance of seeking support. One powerful and healing path we experienced firsthand is Equine Assisted Counseling at Willow Ranch. 🐎💬

Working with horses helps us reconnect with ourselves and others in a unique, non-judgmental way. Horses mirror emotions, build trust, and help us develop awareness, regulation, and resilience — all key to mental wellness.

Willow Ranch offers a safe space where healing and growth happen, one step and one hoof at a time. 💚

🌿Today, our amazing Goodwill leadership team came together at Willow Ranch for a powerful day of connection, support, and problem-solving. Through Equine Assisted Learning, we explored new ways to lead with empathy, build trust, and strengthen communication — all while promoting wellness and unity in the workplace. 🐴💬

Herd mentality took on a whole new meaning as we learned side by side with these incredible animals, and each other. Here’s to growing stronger, together. 💚

Blessings come in various ways. Over the last month or so I’ve come to meet some amazing veterans who are now friends. This young lady and I were fortunate enough to attend and participate in an Equestrian Therapy program at Willow Ranch, Equine Assisted Counseling. This morning she caught us by surprise and made a donation to our foundation that we are forever grateful for.
