Staff Appreciation Week at Country Hills Pet Hospital continues! 🐾

Today we’re celebrating our Client Service Representatives, the friendly faces and voices who set the tone for every visit! 💙

They’re the first to greet our clients and patients, whether it’s at the front desk or on the phone. They schedule appointments, answer questions, check pets in and out, and handle the details that keep our day running smoothly. They’re also the ones who offer a kind word to a worried pet parent and a warm welcome to a brand-new puppy.

Thank you for your patience, your professionalism, and the way you make everyone feel like family. We’re so grateful for you! 🙌

Staff Appreciation Week continues at Country Hills Pet Hospital! 🐾

Today we’re shining the spotlight on our Veterinary Assistants, the backbone of our daily operations! 💙

They’re the first friendly faces many pets see, the steady hands that help with restraint and exams, and the ones who keep our hospital running from open to close. They comfort nervous patients, prep exam rooms, help with treatments, walk dogs, clean kennels, and still manage to make every pet feel like the most important one in the building.

Thank you for your hard work, your patience, and your big hearts. You make a difference for our patients and our clients every single day. We’re so grateful for you! 🙌

Stay tuned as we keep celebrating our amazing team all week.

It’s Staff Appreciation Week at Country Hills Pet Hospital! 🐾

We’re kicking things off with the people who hold our whole team up (literally, in this case): our Certified Veterinary Technicians and our very own medical records wizard, Jaymee! 🙌

Our CVTs are the heart of everything we do. They’re the calm voices on the worst days, the gentle hands during every procedure, and the ones who make sure every pet feels safe and loved. They monitor anesthesia, run labs, take X-rays, educate pet owners, and still find time for a belly rub or an extra treat.

And behind every great visit is great record-keeping. Jaymee keeps every chart accurate, every detail in its place, and our whole team running smoothly. 🪄

Thank you for your skill, your compassion, and everything you do for our patients and clients. We couldn’t do it without you! 💙

Stay tuned all week as we celebrate the rest of our amazing team.
