This week we are magnifying Phoebe! This little pup can cheer us up in an instant! She always has a wide smile across her face, whether at pick-up or at school. Phoebe loves to hang with her pals in the yard, especially on the beds and play structures.

🎉 Final reminder for THIS SATURDAY 🎉

Please join us in honoring the life of River E. Lavin (December 1, 1994 – March 10, 2025) at a memorial walk and ceremony!

River was a manager at Wagging Tail for seven years and a beloved part of our lives. He passed away from stage four cancer, and we are coming together to celebrate his strength, kindness, and the impact he had on everyone he met.

Everyone is welcome – two-legged and four-legged friends alike! 🐾

Event Details:

- Date: Saturday August 9, 2025 at 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM

- Rain date: Sunday, August 10, 2025 (as of right now, it seems the rain date will not be necessary!)

- Location: Borderland State Park

- $5 parking fee (please park at the Main Entrance)

- After a short ceremony at 10:00 AM, we will begin walking at 10:45 AM

- Refreshments will be provided

- Please wear green or rainbow in honor of River, or put on your previously purchased event shirt after receiving it at the shirt table!

- Be sure to RSVP to the event page on our Facebook and share how many will be in your party under the "Discussion" tab

- Updates will be posted on this page

Our magnified pup of the week is April! She is such a gentle, sweet girl—an absolute cuddle bug to all! She makes even the not-so-fun activities (like nail trims) a breeze with her easy-going personality. We love how April is so expressive, especially through her adorable ears!

☀️Fun in the sun, here we come!☀️

We will be hosting Tropical Paw-radise as our summer event on Friday, August 22! Participating pups will make a paw painting masterpiece, get a photo taken on their island getaway, and receive a surprise gift!

To sign up, please message us on Time to Pet or contact us via text. If your pup is not already scheduled for daycare on Friday 8/22, please request both daycare and a ticket to the event. Even if your pup is already scheduled for Friday 8/22, please still reach out that you would like to participate in the event, as this is an exclusive add-on. Tickets are $10 in addition to the daycare charge that day.

This week we chose to magnify Rocky! Also known as Rockstar, he is such an easy-going, affectionate pup. Looking for Rocky in the play yard? Check in the tube! It’s his favorite place to relax when he’s not hanging out with his friends. When it’s time to go home, he always melts to the ground and requests a belly rub first (which we happily give, of course). Rocky is a sweetheart and a loyal member of the Wagging Tail pack!

This week we are magnifying Bo! Somtimes we mistake him for an ambulance, since he loves to serenade his favorite daycare attendants with sweet aooaooaoooo’s. Bo is always so excited to see the staff at pick-up, he must gift them with his favorite stuffed animal of the day! His award-winning smile can turn anyone’s day around!

Winnie gets a shout out this Magnifying Monday! She is everything you could want in a golden retriever—from her shining smile to being a loyal friend to all. Drivers get to witness the best part of Winnie at pick-up: when she gives a wide, toothy grin and makes all sorts of funny noises in excitement to see us! She is a sweetheart through and through, and brightens our days every time she comes to school!
