Another great night for the GreyStone Stables team. Mom and daughter taking home reserve champions in their flights. Zoe, Katie and Meg taking home a nice set of ribbons. The ladies are incredible competitors, rooting on their peers and helping wherever they can. Congratulations on a great evening!

Tonight we had to call the police to deal with a boarder's father who was in my face aggressive because his daughter's horse wasn't brought in first over all of the other horses. Reality is that while we do our best, situations do come up where we have to do what's best for all the horses and not just one individual.

Thank you to the Ontario County Sheriff's for their help. Two officers were very professional and polite and were able to diffuse the situation.

The Christmas Holidays are just around the corner. Give us a call if you would like to give someone special a gift of learning to ride a horse. We have a great team of lesson horses that can take a rider from first time in the saddle to jumping the jump course.

Huge Congratulations to Haley Marie for bringing home Reserve Grand Champion this weekend. Extended Congrats to Meghan, Melissa and Tabby who were all in the ribbons. Horses were very well behaved. The team showed incredible sportsmanship cheering on their competitors. Thank you to Salt Road Quarter Horses for putting on a great show.

GreyStone Stables

GreyStone Stables is a privately held, owner/occupied boarding facility on the eastern side of Rochester established in 2018. Our facility covers 10 acres providing a large 100x250 outdoor arena, 6 large pastures, an indoor arena, 250x250 outdoor grass jumping arena and wide isles to 12 large stalls. Brand new tack room with individual lockers, Wash stall with on demand hot water and (2) large grooming stalls.

What We Do

We continue to work on the property to provide a top of the line professional, full service, caring facility. Our horses have full run of turnout pastures during the day with turnout buildings and large stalls with rubber mats and pine shavings at night. We have recently upgraded the electrical with GFI plugs at each stall for fans in the summer and heated water buckets in the winter. We've upgraded all lighting to the new LED lighting providing brightly lit aisles. We just built a beautiful tack room with individual lockers and new lighting. Our team is committed to providing a safe, fun and stress-free environment to get away from the daily craziness and enjoy your horse.
